I cannot express enough how professional and courteous, Daniel was at the Hicksville VW location. There are two VW services centers closer to me, but they don't compare to the excellent customer service I recieve at Platinum VW. Thank you again for the work, will return if anything else needs service! 10/10 recommend!

I had a 8 o’clock appointment I was out by 10. That’s why they get five stars. Steve wasn’t there this time he was away on vacation a person named Danny took care of me. Service was also excellent. Great dealership.

Overall a great experience. It was difficult to do any work while I was waiting for my car due to loud music being played . I’m not against music or Latin pop however there’s a place for it; it’s not while one has a three hour wait at the dealership on a weekday. Please note I am Hispanic, the comment is more about comfort while one has a long wait.
