First of all, I want to say that the service was excellent, they advised me to rotate the tires, but did not make up issues that my previous dealer(not a VW) came up with a $3000.00 dollars in repairs. I took my car to an honest mechanic, who did the inspection and I asked him if car needed additional repairs, he RESPONDED: NO IT IS IN PRRFECT CONDITION AND DOES NOT NEED ANY REPAIRS! Total charge $37,50 for inspection. My VW dealer doesn’t play these games. They are honest and I hope they continue to be. BTW my previous car... read more

Service was quick. The service agent was friendly and attentive. The video provided by the technician who worked on my car was expertly done. But when my car was finished and parked, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes. Eventually, I just got up and took my car and left. I was never contacted.
