This is an excellent vet! All the veterinarians are great. Dr. E has been our vet and he is the best! My dog typically is nervous and scared at the vet but he has a way of making her feel comfortable.

I can't say enough good things about Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital. My first experience with them was when I put my dog to sleep. It was one of the hardest days of my life and they were amazing. I initially brought my dog to them for an ultrasound sound because they were able to do a basic one at their office for a reasonable price. I have a new dog and I would take him anywhere else!

Great Veterinary office and location, great parking. Everyone is always kind and nice at this office. We are very happy with Dr. Shapiro.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! The women at the front are so sweet and kind, the vets are AMAZING! The service they give is phenomenal. We have been struggling with funding a vet that we felt "at home" with since we moved to California in 2016, but will be looking no further! If you live in the area and are looking for a vet that truly cares, check them out!!

WoooooWeeeeee! Where to begin! This Veterinary is beyond extraordinary. Let me start with Beth at the front desk, this woman is the sweetest human being you will ever meet! She was very attentive & compassionate over the phone, that right there, speaks millions in regards to the office itself. In person, she was no different. The office is very clean & open. I honestly don't know how to put into words how incredible the staff here was at a moment in our family life when we really, really needed them. We came home from an athletic event with the kids to find our beloved puppy dying. Truth be told his puppy years were long behind him, but this wasn't something we were ready for by any means. Dr. Shapiro is absolutely wonderful. When my little boy became terminally ill last December, she and Danica did their very best to help him live as long as he comfortably could. I particularly remember their compassion in letting me and my dad come in the back to say hi to our baby when he was in the oxygen cage. After a difficult fight with heart failure, he passed away peacefully at home, and Pleasanton Vet Hospital was so kind to send us condolences.
