Didn’t send drugs on time Did not deal with a messed up order Had my drugs transferred to the drug store Then sent have the order again I am out or pain pills today and don’t know what to do. You should not make such great claims on your advertising if your not going to do the work.

I received a prescription from my Doctor that all of the local pharmacies could not fill. I reached out to Pocket Pills and they had no issues. Delivered right to my door. I can’t believe I used to have to go the pharmacy and stand in line to drop off and then wait for up to 45 mins to get it or return to pick it up. They also handled my insurance co-pay. Flawless, I will never go to a regular pharmacy again. John Miller

They indicated they had gone through our communications (phone and email) and saw where the breakdowns happened. They said they would do better and apologized profusely. I called up and got a call with an NP who gave me a prescription. I called up pocket pills to ask about delivery. They said it will be delivered soon. It got delayed, I called again and asked and they said it will get delivered next day and apologized for delay. I told them specifically that the concierge does not take responsibility for our deliveries and they can get lost so to ask the rider to call me when he's here.
