This is my second Polaris 4W drive cleaner. I had the 955 but upgrading to the 9650iq was a good decision. Love the app as a remote to spot clean and adjust direction for lifting.

The only drawback, we have a few steps in the shallow end and it flips itself over and gets stuck but other than that, and the app is a little bit simple. I wish there could be more things done with the app, but the vacuum itself on basic vacuuming of the floor of the pool doesn’t absolutely amazing job. That’s why I’m giving it five stars.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Tim! If your cleaner is flipping over, air could be trapped inside the cleaner housing, or the filter canister is full or dirty. Remove the cleaner from the pool and re-submerge to clear the trapped air. Wait for bubbles to stop completely, then let the cleaner sink to the bottom of the pool. Dispose of debris and thoroughly clean the filter canister with mild soap and a soft brush. Happy swimming! Your Polaris Team
