Polaris EPIC 8640 robotic cleaner
Very happy with the product. It would be even better if it automatically returned to its docking station when done, but that's asking a bit much.
I replaced an old robot with the Epic and this thing is cleaning the pool better than ever. My old one couldn't suck up the fine stuff, "Bluey" (what my daughters calls it) does a great job.
This is my 2nd Polaris, hope it last longer than first
This cleaner is almost 100% perfect. It is well designed with many really nice features. Its return to side of pool feature, handle for removal, opening top for debris removal, effective drive and direction change mechanism are all great. My only minimal complaint is that the filter does not filter out very fine particles in the pool, so you need to get your vacuum out once in a while to eliminate them. Overall an awesome product.
