The Polaris EPIC 8640 is a winner and is very easy to use. It cleans great and picks up so many small particles that my previous robotic cleaner never did. It also climbs the pool wall so effortlessly. I am happy with my investment. We will use it year-round since we live in Florida.

The unit cleans extremely well. One reason that I didn’t rate it at a five is the cord to the unit gets twisted well you have to disconnect it from the base to unwind it.

It is easy to use and does a great job of cleaning the small dirt at the bottom of the pool.

This is my first robot cleaner... the units large debris basket is great for those with alot of leaf trouble like me !! It also does a great job with fine sand and etc. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't handle steps and Sun Shelves well. I have to brush them myself into the shallow end
