went bad in 9 months Bought here in March 2021, after 9 months of daily use the motor burned out. Not sure if I can get new one under warranty now. It supposed to serve 5-7 years!
Buyer beware! Bad seller… sent defective pump and they won’t help me! Was sent a defective pump and the seller is saying I have to contact Polaris. This is the absolute first time I’ve ever had an issue with a seller. The worst!

They don’t make them like they used to The replacement pump worked for a few months and died. The manufacture makes replacement impossible. Also, comparing the rotating parts to the older version it’s obvious they cut costs by making components thinner. The rotor snapped off about a month after this motor failed and was replaced. Don’t buy, this product is at its lifecycle end Polaris isn’t improving it, only cash checks from fools like me once)!
Didn't last like the original My original Polaris pump lasted 12 years. The replacement one off Amazon just went out. It was only 3 years old. They are definitely not making them the same. I will see if I can find another 3/4 hp pump instead.
Pump died in 3 weeks. This pump died within 3 weeks. I assume the seller was cashing in on people desperate after the big Texas freeze.
Pump Didn’t last three years and don’t buy the extended warranty they are a joke
Would not purchase Has a really loud screaming noise may be poor quality or defective.
Bearings are bad Warranty people will not answer nor return phonecalls. We got a bad pump and no one will help us.
