Trice, the groomer....remembered my dog Brody on only his 2nd visit in 3 months for a bath. She was so welcoming and attentive to my nervous, but friendly mutt. She went above and beyond to leave a detailed voice message about how well he tolerated the bath. Was impressed and appreciate the personal touch.

They always take such good care of my lab, Primrose. She has been to Pooch for both boarding and daycare. She is always excited to go and leaves happy. They know all of her "quirks" and are so patient with her and give me updates every time I pick her up.

My 2 dogs ( middle aged and older ) had never boarded away from home and they were nervous. The spacious room for them was great and Pooch hotel staff was kind and responsive to them and my various concerns. I called several times over the first few days and felt reassured about their well- being. Plus the webcam is a great tool!! Thank you!

We have never boarded our two dogs aged 11 and 9 and were naturally concerned about their stay. The staff were very informative, warm and friendly when I dropped the dogs off. The facility is spotless! The webcam availability during their 'playtime' was a great feature as we could see them interacting with the other dogs. It was reassuring to see them every day!
