I was so nervious about leaving my dogs as they have have never been without us. Not only is the staff and facility beyond wonderful, the compassion to us nervious parents was understood and coodled. You guys are the best!

My dog spent two nights and three days at the Pooch Hotel in Norwalk. He came home tired, clean and happy! When we came back a few days later for a daycare stay, he couldn’t wait to get out of the car! He loves the Pooch Hotel.

My 11 year old pup has stayed at the Norwalk Pooch Hotel before, but this time I was a bit more concerned due to his age and need for meds. When I contacted them to let them know I couldn’t access the web cam from my location, I received a great photo of my puppy and a personal note to mom and dad! I was at ease and able to enjoy my vacation.
