Pooch Hotel provided special attention to my dogs needs and I was very happy with the resolution for my dogs happiness in adjusting to the environment while I was on a business trip. I always feel that Molly is well taken care of. EVERYONE at Pooch Hotel is kind, professional and caring. We could go elsewhere but why would we? Pooch Hotel is the Ritz Carlton for pets!

We love the Pooch Hotel! When boarding our dog Chase we have no worries that he will be well taken care of. Chase also enjoys his daily playtime and socialization with the other “guests”. The staff are wonderful and the customer service is outstanding. The hotel is immaculate and the choice of accommodations are outstanding.

I absolutely LOVE Pooch hotel. They are friendly and do such a great job with my pup. However, I always have an issue getting through when I call. I usually have to call anywhere between 10-15 times within an hour to have someone pick up. I definitely think this issue can be resolved by having someone at the front desk at all times.
