First thing we ordered a bottle of white wine, came out room temperature. Food was horrible. Ordered filet medium and it came out overcooked...then they made another as we waited which came out raw in the middle...they took that back to put in oven for a couple minutes and it also came out medium well. Very disappointed. Along with that we ordered lobster tail to go with the filet and that came out raw. A restaurant that touts itself as being high quality was missing most of what you expect from a high quality restaurant. No ambiance, no white tablecloths, very noisy and poor service. The roasted cauliflower side should NEVER be served again - someone tossed blanched cauli on plate dusted it with parmesan and put it under the broiler; we enjoyed the chicken marsala but the bread was not fresh. We would never try this place again.

The salads were very good, and they were accommodating to dietary restrictions. Staff had no idea what was in anything from foods to drinks, seemed lost at times. Pasta was crunchy very very under cooked. Lobster on salad was perfect, lobster in pasta was over cooked and not properly prepared. It required digging in with hands to remove from cream sauce covered shell.

We arrived around 12:30 with a reservation. The tables and restaurant were a disaster. We asked for silverware, salt and pepper and a few other items multiple times before finally receiving them. The lobster that was on the buffet was lacking substance to say the least. I asked our server to heat them up and that took almost 20 minutes to be returned to us. The food was terrible. The restaurant was very nice with friendly service. I couldn’t even eat the chicken Marsala, and my husband’s portion was maybe a half cup of pasta.

The worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Ruined a special occasion and we left after two hours without eating our main course. Saw the waiter twice during this time. Awful experience.

Just a blah restaurant. Food portions were extremely small and not reall exciting. Maybe if our waitress had a personality I would of rated it a two because our food did come out hot at least.

Menu selection was not up To par.. I refused to pay 55$ for steak with no side or salad therefore I ordered cannelloni which to me were not home made. I’m sure they were frozen and topped with canned sauce. Disappointing to say the least.. will not be returning. Took forever for my husbands bottled beer to come .. was not busy at the time I mean come on .. grab a beer, bottle opener and serve!! Didn’t even get a glass with it

Despite having changed the date of our dinner through both Open TAble and a phone conversation with Portico staff they did not have our reservation. We waited for approximately 15 minutes before they seated 5 of us in a booth. it was ok but not "special". They did not offer us a drink or bottle of wine to make up for their mistake. The Food was good, but, again, not memorable. The price was good because it was a Monday and they have a "buy one get one free" on pasta and entrees.
