It's been almost 5 months since they began to dig and our pool still is not finished. First it was a problem with the tile. Then they had to redo the fence, the travertine and the stacked stone all 3 times each because it was so poorly constructed. They have come to us and said they could not do what was in the contract and messed up the drainage in the yard. I could go on with more problems we've had because the list goes on and on. Had a consultation over a week ago. Haven't heard a word from anyone. If your going to take the time to come to my house and spend a couple hours, I would think you would at least follow up with an estimate. I guess it's better I find out now how your service really is. Thanks for nothing.

I just wanted to drop a note and say how satisfied my wife and I were with the handling of our pool build. From the beginning with Larry Sherlock through the end of construction with Gene Pruitt. These guys know their stuff! Everything was completed on time and as described. This is the first pool we’ve ever been involved with and didn’t have a lot of knowledge going in. For months I've been trying to get reimbursed for the thousands of gallons of water that escaped through a leak in the light of my pool. Handed my water bills to my Supt. Clay and haven't heard anything on the reimbursement. Left messages with Missi Kennedy and can't even get a straight answer when the temp fix will be done. Clay assured me that will be done when the season is over. Still nothing. Next step is the Better Business Bureau.
