When mistakes happen, accept responsibility, fix the problem, and keep the customer happy, even if that is at the cost of profit on a project. We do that in the construction and engineering industry, and you should too.
Presidential Pools and Spas was wonderful to work with. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. The design team was fun to work with and the job supervisor, Gene, was an extremely good communicator. He listened to our concerns, taught us about our pool as it was being built and notified us of any workers expected at our home. He has followed up on the punch list quickly.
