I recently wrote a bad review of Presidential Pools and Spas, and I would now like to change my review. I recently had my pool acid washed to what was my dislike. Presidential came back out and thoroughly explained the process of acid wash and what it can and cannot do. They redid the wash and the pool looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL! If you're not happy, they do go to great lengths to make it right! Thanks Presidential! You're A-OK with me.
From the inception of our pool sitting with Karin to create the pool design, to the day we filled it with water the experience with Presidential was amazing! I highly recommend this company. Professional, knowledge, thoughtful. ..every step of the way. They stayed on schedule and completed a few days early! Highly recommend Presidential!
Our Presidential Pool exceeded our expectations from our awesome salesman James Mcdougal to the finished product, our backyard is now an Arizona Vacation Retreat we get to live everyday!
Not a good experience I would move on to another builder
Presidential Pools does great work when they get around to it. My bid was plagued with delays and is running weeks over schedule. The people are very nice that I dealt with. But the over promise, an under deliver. Also, some of the subs have little respect for existing property. Instead of taking care with existing landscaping and plants, they destroy it. They messed up my front yard, left debris, and destroyed my front sprinkler system. Would not do business with them again.
Our pool came out awesome! Broke ground end of May and start up was last Thursday! We couldn't be happier with the all around process and company!
Please people, do not choose this company to do your remodel. I signed the contract January 22nd. The job is still not completed and I was told it would take two weeks once they started. The pool has been filled with water for more than three weeks and they still have not added any chemicals, the chemicals that I have already paid for. They put the hose in the pool turned it on fully open and walked away with no contact at all, good thing I wasn't on vacation. Over the weekend, I had an issue with a defective valve and my spa completely drained. I called Shane from Presidential Pools and he was at my residence and replaced the valve within 2 hrs. This is what I call customer service and I'm so happy I went with Presidential Pools.
