Our experience with Presidential Pools was great from the design phase with Linzzy Foster to the construction with our project manager Gene Pruitt. All of our questions or concerns were handled quickly and loved the site they provided to check the scheduled events the whole way through. Would definitely recommend Presidential Pools and Spas to our friends and family who are looking to get a pool. We love our pool and are enjoying it just in time for the hot weather. Remodeling side of the business is horrible. Our sales guy treated us like we were too poor and couldn't afford the remodel (We just bought a very nice 4300 sq ft home). We understand our ideas might have to be revised because of costs, location, permits, electrical or some other reason. He said our area has certain conditions which make getting a permit a horrible chore. Seems he wasn't interested in the $40-60k remodel job. I had them built my pool almost 1 year ago and on my final inspection my water Fountain feature leaks water and my pool light does not work and im still waiting for somebody to show up and take care of the problems after so many calls and almost a year later still no awnser I'm reporting this to the better business Bureau and file a lawsuit against them...so thats the type of warranty you guys get......
We worked with Lenny Kramer in sales on the design and Clay was our superintendent. What an awesome job by everyone. We are completely blown away by the service level, attention to detail and how well they managed this process. Our expectations were more than surpassed and we couldn't be happier.
Our pool project was 4 years in the making. We worked with Karin who stuck by us was patient, kind, helpful, understanding I could go on and on. As new pool owners we had a lot of questions and concerns during the process. Karin was there for us every step of the way took care of our needs right away. Our project manager Dave was amazing as well! Truly went above and beyond for us! They made the pool process a great experience from beginning to end! We LOVE our new dream pool and highly recommend Presidential pools!

Garbage Service Department. Way too long to respond to requests if they even respond at all. Takes a negative review on Yelp or Facebook to get a phone call back. BUYER BEWARE.
