I have never been so dissatisfied to have written a bad review until now. Unfortunately, for some reason our experience was nothing but terrible. We have had problems at literally all but one step in the process, the rebar. This pool has taken almost 3 months longer than we were told it would take when they sold us the pool, and it still isn’t complete. Several years ago we decided to build a pool. After much research we selected Presidential Pools. They designed and built our pool. They were timely, professional, and worked through some difficult situations. When warranty work was needed (even though the warranty was 2 weeks expired) Presidential did the work without charge. They truly are the best pool company in Arizona!
Ryan Novak is a racist and a bigot who attacked a man on Facebook calling him a nigger. He also called those of mixed race "half breeds". Any place that continues to employee him supports racism.

We saved and scrimped for over 10 years and put every single last cent we ever had in the world into designing this pool. We signed, and paid them $40,000 and we were promised a 6-8 week build time. We were promised we would be swimming this summer, we made sure to start the process early enough to enjoy it.....sadly this has left us in tears, devastated, heartbroken. The worst pool builder in Arizona. Don't care attitude with the customers. Don't listen to the concerns and very lazy to respond. From day one we had issues and it was difficult to approach the appropriate person. They take minimum of 2-3 weeks to check on you. Was really looking forward to working with Presidential due do loving almost all their finished pool pictures, had someone come out to take pictures of our backyard that way we could get a design planned out. Extremely unprofessional company. I would recommend going elsewhere.
This will be our 3rd summer enjoying our pool!! Karin did a wonderful job designing the pool and Nick was great as our foreman, everything went well and done on time, a few small glitches but nothing that wasn't handled in a quick orderly manner. Our son has had two pools done by Presidential Pools and very happy with both experiences. We love it and our grandkids definitely love it!! I would recommend Presidential Pools to anyone looking to add a pool.
