I had a great experience with Presidential. Everything went as scheduled and the pool was finished in the time they said it would be. I never had any issues with the pool and I thought the price was reasonable. I will be using Presidential for my next pool since I have moved to a new home!
They did a good job, and are very responsive after the build was completed. I'm a very happy customer. I wouldn't use their landscaping guy Kevin's, which is why I gave a four, but otherwise, this was a good experience.
We had a great experience from start to finish! Tim did an amazing job and was very helpful designing our pool! I loved how we got to build from the ground up so we knew everything that was going to be in our pool and that we had the choices of what we wanted! Installed my pool in 2011. Great experience and customer service. Today, I had trouble with my pool making chlorine. Bill Watson, the service manager, came out personally to take care of the issue so that my chemistry did not have to suffer another week. Bill has always gone above and beyond for me and I am sure he does so for all of his clients. I applaud Bill and Presidential Pools for their outstanding customer service! Very happy I decided to buy a pool from Presidential Pools and Spas!
These guys are truly knowledgable in this field, and will give you a great job. Know your stuff as well as you can before talking to anyone, but with Presidential you will receive expertise that will ensure a pool that you and others will truly enjoy.
