I waited 40 on the link that was sent to me for a virtual visit. A second link was sent but I was unsure to connect again since it said I was already waiting for a provider to join. I took a chance and connected via the second link. My provider visit time was 3 min and 6 seconds. Something is wrong when you wait 40 min for a 3 min video visit that probably cost me more than I want to know.
The doctor cared zero about what my problems were or are! She refused to treat me
The appointment felt rushed, Dr. seemed annoyed and barely asked questions about my symptoms? Just immediate prescription. I cannot believe I had to pay $60 out of pocket for a 60 second visit where I barely felt supported.

The reason I came in wasn’t even discussed. Very rude.
Over an hour wait for the visit to start. Didn’t offer anything. Didn’t listen to the symptoms. I’m a provider myself and the entire visit was horrible.
Signed up for a virtual appt but doctor never showed. Called in and they stated I never joined the link although I have proof I was in the session over an hour. Still sick
