So I have lived here for two years almost (in September), and I love the property. I honestly would buy the property, but this rental company is ridiculous and I would never EVER recommend them to anyone. I will not be renewing my lease. First of all, they charge $45 for any letter received from the **** not considering the circumstance. For example, my neighbors allow their trash to blow everywhere. This company doesn't deserve any ??. I was renting from a company called Havenbrookhomes from 2/28/20 and I complained to them about mold in the home starting June of 2020. Well I recieved no help and compliance was involved. They then sold the home to this company Progress Residential(PR). I was notified that PR would be taking over and to voice my concerns regarding mold to them. Corporations should not own residential properties! If I could leave 0 stars I would.I have lived in one of progress residential homes for 2 years and the house I have lived in has had one issue after another. Within the first six months of living in this house Ive had two water leaks and the roof started leaking. In the last year the upstairs bathroom leaked into one of the downstairs bedrooms and I cannot use that room for six months until they fixed it. HORRIBLE company to deal with!! Applied online for a rental home and paid a holding deposit and the home was not what we expected and followed the process to decline the home per the online policy and now they are giving me the run around and will not give me my money back timely. I have spent HOURS on hold and talking to countless customer service reps, the account rep put false dates in my account notes to make it look like I didn't follow the process and no one will answer the customer service emails. We applied through this company for a lease house they had available. By 11 AM, it stated we were declined because of not meeting requirements or false documents. Because we paid the application fees, we at least need a phone call or detailed email so we would know the issues of the denial. Or did you just want the application fees? Are you another scammer? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.They charge you fees that are improper at best, and likely illegal.If you do have an issue with them, which if you have the unfortunate experience of renting with this company, then you will never be able to get ahold of them.

STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY JOKE OF A COMPANY.This company is a complete and utter joke. They brag that they work with bad credit- lie. My credit isn't totally horrible but it isn't all that great. We were denied and they told me with a co-signer, I would be fine and get approved. My cosigner is someone I know with excellent credit. Rent Progress takes advantage of young people trying to live in a home. I was advised by *********************, a leasing manager to sign a lease with incorrect information and the wrong move in date. I was advised to sign a lease with the WRONG information on it. After finally getting the lease correct after FOUR tries & personally being blamed despite me not being the one who creates a lease, I have experienced nothing but issues.
