Absolutely awful rental company! Their prices are much higher and they cover NOTHING!! Our house is infested with ants and when it rains there is water that drips through the windows. We have submitted maintenance requests for both and they have said that this is our problem to handle! I cant believe that they expect the renters to fix the structural problems in their homes.

This has been a terrible experience so far!!!Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else!!!I moved in November 1, after spending just a day or two in the home we noticed multiple things were wrong. The most major issue was that both shower were leaking. They the worst realty company. No one can give you straight answers . After a confusing process that is the application . They keep your money , do not put your money on any application the will keep it Just like that no consideration .
They will tell you that your water **** is included in your rent and will allow your water to be turned off monthly . I called the local water office and was told that just last month they had over 100 accounts that they did not pay the water **** for . This company needs to be shut down for negligence .
*** bless Progree Residential in *******, *******. They were rude, heartless, and inconsiderate. We lost our deposit due to lack of proper communication. Its not about the deposit, but the fact they are ripping tenants off in a pandemic. I spoke to several representatives crying because my family and I depended on this property because we are moving from out of state. I applied on 12/21 and was forced to pay a $250 holding fee with the application. I was rejected a few days later so I began waiting for my refund of the holding fee which, per their company site, will be delivered within 30 days. Today is 1/21 and I didnt get my refund (I assumed it would be to my card since they took the money from there in 30 seconds). Apparently they mail you a check as a refund which is a dumb policy. BEWARE!I applied twice within 5 weeks with this company. The 2nd time bc I was denied the 1st time bc of a false charge on my credit that was removed. The 2nd time they approved me with "conditions". I'm self employed. I had a 6 figure Verifiable income at that time. My credit score was 710. Good rental history. Yet the "condition" was that in order for me to be able to lease I was Required to have 12 months Worth of RENT in my bank account!! WHAT!? This company tried to keep our refund. They denied us for home and asked us to wait their 30 days for a $250 refund, which we did. When the money never showed up we called to ask them. For some reason the refund was never processed, which "***" stated could have been our fault. **************** rule number one, the customer is always right. Progress Residential is nice and friendly on the front end, but once you get into their home everything changes. I have complained to them about the irrigation problem that the hired mowing companies have refused to do because of the bad condition of the yard during the summer after it rains. It takes at least a week or more for the yard to dry. There is also mold in the master bathroom wall that they tried to blame us for not cleaning.
