Terrible job on the property management team 95 in ******* ** is out cant get them to answer the phone and when I do get through the nearest work orders nine days out they leave you know options to get the ** fixed other than pay for it yourself or shut up unacceptable response from the property management company.
Do not waste your time with these people ! They are a complete scam and it is impossible to get approved for a house. They base it off credit but that is a bunch of lies I have a score of 700 and still got denied. No debt at all.
I have been without air conditioning during a heat advisory in ******* since Saturday. Im in a 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home and they brought me one small portable unit. The temperature in my house hasnt gotten below 89 degrees. Even the **** vendor thought it was odd that they only sent ONE small portable a/c unit. In calling to request additional units at 1:00pm today I spent over 2 hours on hold only to be told that someone would call me back. At 4:30 I called again and no one answered until almost 5:30. I have called this company over and over for the past month. I've only received emails from their agencies explaining the links they have sent me. I was told to read and look over their process and regulations as a new applicant so I did. One of the requirements were to submit a $300 holding fee that wouldn't be released for 30 days if you were denied. The other was the application fee of a non-refundable $50 app. fee. I can confirm names, phone call times and dates. I also have emails to back up my statements. While I was typing my last complaint, I was at 45 mins waiting for a 16 min call back. This company has been by far THE WORST property management company Ive had since being here in *******. I still live in the same property and progress took over our property about a year ago. Anytime I have a Maintenence request which is often it takes them days to come out and resolve it !! Im disgusted ! They took my money TWO months ago and our lease was approved for the the home and they still have not let us move in! Im blind and elderly! This is elder abuse!! They have taken my money and now I have to spend money on storage for furniture and extra money to stay at an assisted living place just to keep from being homeless! If I could give no stars, I would. This company is been a nightmare. We have had more issues with this home than I could have imagined. Between the refrigerator/freezer issues that we have dealt with from day one, to the ** issues, window issues and electrical complications, we are beyond frustrated with how we have been dealt with and how the company has chosen to handle the situations. I have never felt like my home is a priority at Progress Residential. My consistent issues have been from maintenance, where it takes 3-5 visits to maybe have something repaired. My first Progress home I was in for a year and a half. On move in we had unattached floor transitions, damaged drawers, missing light fixtures, and no heat. Had several techs and companies over the course of a couple weeks just to get someone to approve for me to get a new heater placed during the winter months. The FRAUDULENTLY ranked up ****** worth of charges on my rental account. (Keep in mind I have NEVER been late for paying my rent. In fact I have always paid it A few days before it was due) And threaten me that if I didnt pay they will continue adding $125 a month fees.
