This company is horrible. No one contact you concerning a pre move out inspection. I had Mold in the house. The utilities company that work with them charged me **** and added it to the last month

Nightmare: Renter Beware. Corporate owned and profit margin driven.I paid timely did what was expected of a tenant. March-December 2021 I noticed mold the day we moved in. I was told to inspect and report an issues right away. I reported mold, leaking roof in porch, flood light with no way to turn off on 24/7.Group of workers showed up and asked where interior pant was, this how the addressed the mold. Renters beware.This is the most unprofessional rental agency around. They purchase homes in HOA neighborhoods and do not follow any rules set forth by the ****

Applied to rent one of their properties, paid holding fee and down payment, application denied, they said they were going to refund my deposit its been 3 months and no refund. They dont respond to your emails nothing! Be aware of this company.

I rented a single family home 3 months ago from Progress Residential and its been a nightmare from the start. When my family and I arrived on day 1 we could not get into the home. It took an hour of being out in the cold before we got in touch with leasing. We have had an open work order for kitchen sub floor completely caved in for 2 months. Their customer service is beyond atrocious. It takes days or even weeks to get ahold on them and when you finally get through they tell you that you waited too long to contact them and there is nothing they can do. They add random charges to your account and say it is because they made a mistake months prior and just now caught it. Then threaten to add additional fees if you argue about paying the extra charges. I would never do business with this company again

If I could leave 0 stars I would? This company preys on families by adding fees throughout the lease, then charging additional fees if you do not pay them. I have paid over $2500 in fees alone. The rent went from $1385 to $1750 in three years. We are made to hire professional cleaners at move out, pressure wash the home. I am being charged $3 for every bulb out and every bulb that does not match. I spent $280 to have a company come in and clean my home only to be told by Progress Res that the cleaning wasn't good enough. I c... read more

They will charge you over and over again for resolves issues. If the *** you live in sends you a letter saying to take care of something progress residential will just go ahead and charge you. Then they will keep charging you even tho the problem was solved.

Well... My family and I have been without a stove and oven BEFORE Christmas. We have called numerous times asking what is taking forever. I'm spending more money getting premade food when I can be spending tons less on actual meat I can ****. We haven't had a decent meal for going on three months.
