I am sorry I cant rate it lower I am sorry I cant rate it lower. Wait times 8 minutes are 45 minutes. 37 minutes more than 1:30 minutes. Agents wont give an extension to call back on or an email. Get disconnected when there seems to be a conflict. An agent yesterday hung up on me. If you ****** poor customer service this would be the all-time leader. If you are considering renting from them, dont. If you do, read the entire contract and carefully consider the implications of what you are doing. Stay away!
Where is my Security Deposit???? I moved out and followed all the required checklist activities and have all my documentation and pictures to prove and share. My move out date was 06Jun2022. I have followed up numerous times via email and phone about my account and most importantly, my security deposit. This company is awful and if I had seen ALL the red flags before paying fees I would have ran far from any rental this company offers. Once I paid the hold fee, the application fees, etc their communication became spotty AT BEST. Then once I viewed the home there were things I pointed out to them that needed to be fixed/ addressed prior to move in. Those things were not addressed. Scammers is all that I can say. They are claiming that my information was falsified but it's not. I am a disabled worker using the ticket to work program to keep my benefits. I applied with a guarantor and they stated that our documents were falsified but the same documents have been verified by other rental companies that have stricter regulations than this company, we simply did not meet the income requirement for the property that we applied for with that company so we attempted Progress Residential due to cheaper homes. ... read more
This company is extremely dishonest and unreliable!!! We were renting from Havenbrook for 3 years prior and Progress bought their properties here in *******. We were about to move as the sale took place, however we were assured that they would be a good company and address the concerns that we had with the property and the repairs needed. Oh I wish I could leave photos!!! Dont waste your time renting from this place. Large investor cooperation who buys multiple homes, does half a** cheap renovation and then rents at a high amount. We have had no sprinkling system for months! Had one maintenance man come out and started to fix it then decided it was too big of a project and now we have holes left in the yard. i constantly get charged for having no renters insurance and i do as well provided the proof several times to multiple reps. currently have a extra 135 dollar charge for HOA violations that i have no ideas what for nor was i notified for the reasons. im also waiting on a refund from my last address and i keep getting the run around about everything. when you try to move in they are so friendly and attentive. but once your in you will never speak to another live rep ever and get the run around your whole lease. im currently w... read more
This company is horrible I wish I have done my research before moving into a property I want out of my lease I will be going to court been here only 2 months and Im being double charged for things also being charged for services that I have no control over paying landscaping fees and nobody has been out to do my lawn and Im getting a fine from HOA when its not my fault
