This location is highly unprofessional and the employees should not work in customer service at all! I inquired on the timeframe for move in and informed that I was on a tight deadline with the holiday (Thanksgiving) approaching. I was reassured that it was possible. Worst company ever. They are a bunch of random people on the phone all over the ** that transfer you and never do you get anything resolved, Tried to make me accept a roof damaged home or lose $350 . *** is even horrified by this slumlord big corp out of ******* taking advantage of the rental crisis. Also now have spam email and fraud charges on my account after applying online and giving them all of my information. Worst ever!
I am completing this review because it follows the pattern of complaints that this company has been receiving. Progress Residential is a scam. When I moved into my house, I found socks, beads, bandaids, and cockroaches throughout the house. Not to mention the hair, crayon/marker on the walls, and general dirt throughout the house. If I knew what I know now about this company I would live in a cardboard box before I rent from these people. First day I moved in it was 30 degrees and the heat was not working. The water was not on and a guy had to come over and turn it on. And it just keeps getting worse!!
**As someone that hates to.complain**Renters beware this company will allow you to give them $385 in order to secure a house and apply for it only to ask you for your actual bank account login and password to verify your income. If that sounds outrageous to you like it did to me please keep that in mind they also will not refund your money after giving you this cazy application process. This company is beyond horrible with service to match. I have been calling and emailing this company since October ************************************************************************************** fees that I truly do not owe. If I could give a zero I would. First, our home was not clean when we moved in. There was building materials etc scattered throughout the home. The master shower had peeling caulk and mold and mildew. The master bathroom shower window was not properly working and when my husband opened it it came down on his finger and nearly cut it off. Maintenance came out and put a quick fix on it but would not replace the window, so be careful. I live next door to a Progress Residential renter who is not abiding by the legally binding Reservation of Easements, Covenants, and Restrictions for our shared driveway. This renter is parking on the shared driveway which is a violation of the above legal Reservation and blocks ingress and egress to mine and my other neighbors property.
