Ran into some hard times with losing my job. Called to tell them Id be two weeks late. They filed to have me evicted after day 12, added on $800 in fees and sent the account to collections

Did one lease with them and we resigned a new lease for my stepdaughter and her family could stay longer. long story short had no idea they didn't pay for three months of the new lease. Currently in a home managed by this company. The maintenance teams in this area have been good but the company made a mistake and stated that the eviction on our home was cleared when we made a payment. I wish I could give them ZERO stars!Where do I start? I wished I would have read the reviews before renting. NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!! In process of home to home transfer. They have all my money for both places and keep passing it around to each other with a different story every time of why I cant move into their "move in ready home"!! Passed the *** process, paid all their ridiculous fees, deposits and even prorated rent. JUST GIVE ME THE ***** TO THE NEW HOME!!! They were fine until I submitted a notice to vacate, since then they have tried to over charge me, and will not drop charges for days Im not gonna be occupying the residence. I have submitted tickets to have this fixed but still have no answer. My day of termination is on Monday and they also sent an email stating Im not allowed to attend the move out inspection citing COVID safety restrictions. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to maintenance on the homes. When we first signed our lease, it was for a two-year lease. We decided to stay a third year and the rent went up drastically. I placed a request for maintenance to come out to fix things, including our windows that never was fixed from when we moved in the house. The front windows of the house do not even stay up. I would give a 0 if I could. This company is terrible. The reps pass the buck repeatedly and there is no resolution to issues. I have been waiting for my lease to be renewed for 6 months and have been charged a month to month fee. No one will call me back or finalize my lease. I am pursuing legal action.
