The tenants that is renting from them water tank busted and was leaking hot water since Dec until Jan. I told them and they stated to me that this company told them it was normal. I own my home and the house is next door and it damaged my landscaping and side walk and my grass was like a small pool. I had to throw away due to mold and now I have to treat my grass. Worst leasing management company. Beware! They don't give back security deposits stating the deposit went to cover damages and/or costs. Homes they rent aren't properly cleaned, sanitized, exterminated, etc. Repairs are minimum after former tenants leave. And compared to other leasing companies, they offer the highest monthly rental rates. Again, Beware! Don't fall by their fake promises.

I moved into the home in May of 2022 and I have encountered some strange activities on my account without my knowledge. Here is a couple of activity listed below:There was a request made that stated that I put in a request to move out of my home. I believe back in June or July of 2022. This was definitely not my doing and I'm not sure how that occur.As of 10/12/2022, I received an email that I requested a service call for a light being out in one of the rooms. Renter beware. I did not rent from them but my experience of viewing houses and trying to speak with customer service made my decision to steer clear of them. For reference I was looking in ********, **. After seeing ********** of the homes and trying to work with customer service. I have decided to not rent from Progress Residential at all. I looked at 10 houses and only 1 was actually decent. All the others had horrendous work done even by rental house standards, spackling on the ceiling and walls that looked like a child ... read more

We moved into our new place on April 1st.Upon moving in April 1st, no plumbing in our master bathroom, spare bathroom, nor in the kitchen were working. We followed the necessary protocol in place by Progress Residential and submitted a work order online the day of move-in April 1. Progress Residential technician then came out April 6th provided no assistance took pictures and informed me a plumber would be out that day. There was no follow up and no plumber ever showed. Its been weird since I've moved in. I haven't shook any ones had yet! Everything's ********** had a budget of $1500, but managed to agree to $1650 monthly. The greed is real! I'm now at $1850 and they're still price gouging me at $1990 to renew. Come to find out they've been negotiating with other tenants. That's besides the point. On December 27th,2022 pipes burst destroying my business and ruining a 3rd of my personal belongings. That's left me with no ceiling and no income. I rented a home with Progress for a year. In that time I was respectful of the home and made maintenance requests to which none of the requests were actually fixed. I had water issues that were never fixed. Windows that werent fixed even though Progress stayed that this was an updated home. A vent fan in the bathroom fell out of the ceiling on its own. A cleaning fee is being deducted from my deposit due to the fact that the water was shut off by the local utility company and Progress deactivated the smart home lock to which... read more

Progress Residential has lost my rent and is now trying to evict me. I have provided then all banking information shown them the federal banking track ID number. My bank records, my transaction records and everything and they have just told me I'm wrong and still owe. Every customer service representative is hostile and combatative and unhelpful.
