This Really Has To Be ***************** Ever, why because here we are AGAIN. Over the summer I went without AIR for a month and several days until that was finally resolved after I made several complaints... Now its the HEAT in the home that is not working and this has been going on for about a week and a half. No one from progress nor the outside source has contacted me about the issue or even came back to the house to correct the issue. This company are crooks. We have a lease with them and still they continue charging us month to month fees which we will not pay. We have talked with them over and over and over again and nothing is done. They are claiming we have a balance of $2000 when we have paid them every single month that we have lived here for the last 3 years. There is no reason for this, they are crooks and have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Fraudulent company and unethical practices. Please don't ever sign a lease agreement. I am currently going back and forth (via email) with their dispute department regarding unsubstantiated and egregious charges. I followed all move-out instructions upon vacating the property. However, the company added charges to my account (NO NOTICE) for interior paint (walls only) damages totaling $1170.40. ********* am emotionally depressed due to this company who took over the lease from another residential property who is running neck and neck with each other. I am currently still under the first property management company and legally I'm under Progress at all. But they are nothing but money greedy grabbers, who puts fraudulent fees on my account. Progress charged and kept a $50 application fee due to a computer error on their end. We spent hours on the phone trying to clear up the matter since we were otherwise approved. We were hung up on, disconnected, told story after story, and still no progress. They essentially stole our time and money and we have nothing to show for it. I would stay away from this company at all costs.

I moved in on April 26,2022 and still had to pay the full month of Aprils rent plus **** in security deposit. During inspection they said they were going to fix the weather stripping, the island, and another issue. None of that was fixed now there is mold everywhere. Every month I pay rent with the utilities and now they say I owe utilities since July but I found out they have not been paying the utilities since July. Rented this house through a different company. Progress bought it the very next month. I knew to avoid them but still got them anyway. I hate this shame of a company. I got behind on rent due to ***** and had to borrow money to catch up on rent. I applied for rental assistance and was approved the 1st of October. They still have not taken the money and applied it to my rent. My lease has expired. They have me in eviction since June but have not been served papers as of yet. Rent progress. Allowed natural gas to leak into my return air on my air condition unit. Where it dispersed through my house for months. When I asked the company to fix it. They said there was no leak and forced me to live in unsafe non inhabitable home. They closed work order after work order. Without any consent from me. They would literally do it on their own. This company is a Fraud..Hold people money for 30 plus days after you've been denied.. denied with a 700 credit score though. I can be using my money else where like other applications or moving expenses.. A law really needs to be in place for companies like this that scam lower class families. Will Charge 50$ for an application on a house but allow 50 people to apply at the same time.
