I would live in my car before renting from Progress again.First, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Everything is routed through their customer service where you will wait an average of one hour EVERY TIME YOU CALL. The customer service cannot help you with anything, all they do is log your request and ask some basic questions from a form they are filling out. Sent thru the ringer to apply for a property only to be "declined" for lack of documentation despite providing my pay stub, offer letter and "proof of deposit" from my bank. They then had the audacity to ask for my organization's bank statements!?! Which I cannot legally provide. I was given no reason as to the declined status and am still waiting on my application refund. Based on the horror stories I have seen I dodged a bullet by not becoming a renter. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have water leak in my lawn for 3 days now.. its literally pumping water out of ground and management was noticed about it the since first day when water started leaking. Thats how they are with just about everything. Very unresponsive.
If there was a way to give -0 star I would! Do not lease with Progress Residential! I always thought the bad reviews I read were just one offs.. but now I believe all of them. We had issues with our **** for over 30 days!!! We were told that we would get an inconvenience fee but never did.. we were lied to from the vendor during the month of the **** issues....do not stay with Progress... unless you want incomplete work orders
Our home is 87 degrees I have called an email several times they send people out and the ac is still not cooling the house how can they expect people to live like this
Houses are overpriced, they dont fix anything, very unprofessional! Will smart mouth you upon calling with your maintenance request orders. Still waiting on repairs from the day that we moved in!! If youre just looking for a pretty house this is the company. If youre not equipped with performing maintenance issues Please do not Rent from them.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They give you very little information up front. Give you the property without any kind of explanation at all of how utilities work. Then you are left calling in to a call center with people who know nothing.
I currently lease a Progress Residential home in ********* ** near the ****************** area. I moved in during the early winter so there were certain things about the home that were not realized until Spring/Summer. First the Sunroom floor is squishy, walking on it sometimes feels as if you foot my go through. The home is buggy as if there are plenty of invisible cracks and separation bugs can get through. False advertising...took the money in 1 day and denied me in less than 48 hours I will not receive a refund for 30 days and it will be a check by mail. Obviously, I need the money back to get housing for myself and two kids. What kind of business is this?
