This company purchase our home sight unseen. Cash offer well over asking price. We didnt respond within 24 hours and they then increased their offer. They had an inspection done on our home and basically looked for issues and reasons to nit move forward. Some of the absurd items were removing our storm door, removing brand new LVP floors and replacing with different ones upstairs and downstairs. I'm not sure how this treacherous company has an A+ rating. I've lived in one of their homes since May 2020 and in the first 6 months alone have had over a dozen service calls to fix a variety of issues from electrical to leaking plumbing. One of their own electrician's even stated that he's not quite certain the house's electrical system is "quite up to code" with the persistent breakers tripping and outlets shorting. This company has been bad from the very beginning. I can't even begin to recount all the trouble that we've had moving in and maintaining any sense of peace in the home. I'll make the effort to recount everything. Before we even moved in, I went in take a look at the house. The home I was renting with was owned by ****************. I lived here for 2 1/2 years. Progress Residential bought the home and we received an email letting us know this. We pay our rent and utilities through the app and have been for years, we are still supposed to pay our bills through this app. None of the utilities are in our name, they were all in ****************' company name. I put in a work order over 30 days ago to have a tree trimmed in my yard The tree is over grown and the branches fall off constantly the problem is my car sits under the tree, the branches are an eye sore in my yard I was given an appointment and the vendor was no show No one will call me despite the fact that I have called over 10 times to see why the issue hasnt been resolved The representatives Ive spoken with are very dismissive and Ive spoken with over 6 different ones about the issue, one representative was very rude a... read more

Rented from this company 2 years...left the residence better than received. Per ****. Code *** 66-28-301(g)(1)....states "landlord must return tenant's security deposit within 30 days"...They are in violation. It is now over 45 days and all I receive is the run-a-round from 3 different phone calls.I will never do business with these people again. I will also dissuade others from doing so as well.Considering legal action.

Worst property management company there is. Ive dealt with no AC for over a month. And their emergency line is never answered nor do they call back when requested. Some how, when you put in a normal request they will call within a day to get you taken care of. So I have made three service requests for the *** Every time they said it was fixed. Havent been living in the home and now are fighting them in rent that I refuse to pay as ***** degrees is not a livable home.

My best advice: Do not apply for a home with this company. I am a physician. I needed to rent this home for a location closer to my employer. I can tell you my credit and financial situation is impeccable. My application was denied. They only want your money. I paid them $489.00 in fees to apply. They have returned none of this. They do not communicate. Getting in touch with them is impossible. This is a true SCAM!

Currently ************************************************* has possible mold. I am a previous tenant and was able to end the lease term early without penalty due to the possibility of mold however am receiving the runaround when I request the follow up mold inspection findings. There was confirmed mold while my family lived in the home however only specific locations within the home were tested. Not the entire house.
