Where do I begin. My mom and I rented from this company for 3 years. The service was TERRIBLE if you needed something fixed you had to wait days for a response no matter how serious the issue was. Dont Try to reach them by phone THEY DONT ANSWER. My mom and I paid our rent on time for the entire three years we lived there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worse company to rent from and I had to warn a friend before she made the biggest mistake like I did. They are all about your money. The houses are made to look nice, but in reality are falling apart. I pointed out to them that the house next door to me was empty for 6 months and they end up renting it for $1600 and it is 500 sq ft larger than mine. We left that place better than when we moved in and only got a fraction of our security deposit back!! Charges were criminal! We were charged for not leaving the keys in the lock box when we definitely did, the carpet having to be stretched even though it was new and in good condition, removing a built in shelf that was there when we moved in, said we didn’t have an hvac filter when we just put a new on in and left a back up, painting even though I filled the few holes we made and touched up the paint, tightening refrigerato... read more

I am VERY disappointed in this property manager! We have only been in our property 4 months and are moving due to insufficient ability to correct repairs. We have to frequently request maintenance orders and we are lucky if they, for one...get them correct or respond in a timely manner, for two...actually repair them correctly, bathroom toilet and sink are still LEAKING!!! They should be under investigations. Every dispute will resolve only to their fare. Quality of property is not up to what you would pay ( my monthly lease is $1670). I live in a house with a damaged foundation. After my complaint about this issue they the idea of fixing the problem was plenty a new grass on the backyard. I am extremely disappointed that a large company such as Progress Residential treats its clients so poorly. I moved in about 3 weeks ago and have been without an operable fridge/freezer. I have been going back and forth with their maintenance department since then and get a service appointment and then nothing happens just another excuse and still no fridge.

I recently applied for a property with this company I was denied. I was informed that I would receive my holding fee of 500$ refunded after a 10-day business hold. I understood that, after the 10th business day I started to contact them to see the status of my refund; as I have finally got accepted into my new home and need my deposit to put towards my new home.
