These people are ripping my family of on are utilities with this scam called con service charging us more for utilities then we actually use marking up price from the actual utilities company water,sewer, electricity this is outrageous and needs to stop . We got so screwed in Orlando, Fl. Always paid on time, house looked amazing when we left. We gave a 60 day notice. Actually sooner than that. Stayed in contact the whole time while my husbands company was shutting down. He got an offer 3 states away we had to take and Progress was absolutely zero help in finding a rental in North Carolina for us. We got hit with 800$ in behind electric, water and sewer bills. I moved in my home on Christmas Eve. Prior to moving into the home I informed the leasing agent and the real estate agent that the home was dirty and needed to be cleaned before we moved in. This was an entire two weeks before we move in date. When we got the keys and moved in the home it was still in the same condition dirty. I highly advise NOT renting with this company. I rented a property from them starting November 2018 and if I'm being completely honest, everything was well with them all the way until the end. They charged me for an extra month of rent, and then claimed they could not give my money back until the end of the next month. It was also more money than the rent would've been, so none of it even added up. Don't rent from Progress Residential, ever! They are greedy and don't care about their customers. They will take you for every penny they can. I've tried to give Progress Residential the benefit of the doubt. I just renewed my lease through Dec 2020, and I've been here three years now. They've always been a cheapskate company to rent from, but I love the house and the neighborhood. This year they raised my pet rent from $20/pet per month to $35/pet per month, so I have to pay an additional $105 each month for my 3 chihuahuas... read more

As I told Precilla, it is a shame that you cannot clear someone who does not have there actual SS card in hand after being told twice calling in before I applied that a Passport should be sufficient since that is acceptable for the Real Id as well as Homeland security, I would of never wasted my time applying and paying your fees. It takes 14 days to have a new one mailed to me, but I would of thought working 22 years at a company that is the biggest airline in the world, who is paying several thousand dollars to move me the... read more

I get approved to move in on the 21st of the month, scheduled to move in on the 1st. I live nearby and I drive by this house almost every single day and nothing is done until the first of August. They call me and tell me that it's not ready and I can move in the following day. That should have been my red flag. One day two make a house move in ready?... Okay. DONT RENT WITH PROGRESS. I wish I could give less stars. If you want a company that will manipulate you to take ALL of your deposit, this is the one. Our house was professionally cleaned top to bottom. Gave 60 day notice that we would be doing month to month. Once in month to month, we would be able to give a 30 day notice to vacate.
