Verified Renter I like it for the most part. Parking is an issue after 7pm but it’s clean and the staff are always helpful. It’s also in a very convenient spot so I always have something to do when I’m bored.

Verified Renter Parking situation needs to improve. Not being able to have visitors park easily is a problem. Also having only 5 street parking spots for an apartment building of this size is not ideal.

Verified Renter Management is slow to fix things here. They wait for months for small things like gym equipment. Community is clean though, however during summer it gets crowded at the pool with non sense noise level.
