Verified Renter Nice complex but lots of management issues. Fire alarm will go off at times and not be fixed for 20 minutes without being an actual danger/fire. Someone was arrested in the building during the day and a random group of guys were seen knocking on people’s doors trying to get into apartments.

Verified Renter The location is amazing and the apartment is pretty big which I love. However the building itself seems to be problematic.. between the elevator inconsistency, the fire alarms in the middle of the night, the lack of parking. It may not be the best place to live long term.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. I’ve never had any issues with the front office or any neighbors. The mailroom is good about keeping out packages safe, only ever lost one package.

Verified Renter Overall I like the apartment itself but lots of things in it are put together cheaply. Also the hallways smell like dog pee a lot of times as they have carpet in them and people’s dogs pee on them and then you can’t see where it is to properly clean it up so hallways usually have an off oder to them.

Verified Renter Good amenities but management when we moved in was poor. Maintenance team does a really good job of coming quickly and fixing things. Overall would recommend this place.
