Verified Renter I enjoy living here. I’ve never had any issues with the front office or any neighbors. The mailroom is good about keeping out packages safe, only ever lost one package.

Verified Renter Overall I like the apartment itself but lots of things in it are put together cheaply. Also the hallways smell like dog pee a lot of times as they have carpet in them and people’s dogs pee on them and then you can’t see where it is to properly clean it up so hallways usually have an off oder to them.

Verified Renter Good amenities but management when we moved in was poor. Maintenance team does a really good job of coming quickly and fixing things. Overall would recommend this place.

Verified Renter Great property, excellent location.... however, the walls are thin, you can hear people walking above your apt. maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Verified Renter So far so good! My last leasing company was a nightmare so this has been a breath of fresh air! I love the community and the amenities. It’s so close to sooo much and great public transportation!! The grounds are beautiful and the team in the office is welcoming and responsive.

Verified Renter Not friendly neighborhood. No community activities. Not able to see at least Christmas lighting from the apartment. The parking door is completely open sometimes. No proper security from that aspect. Expecting a lot of changes from the team.

Verified Renter Security is not good in these apartments and these are too expensive for the basic looking apartments. An people party at pool at midnight and management won’t take any action after complaining about million times
