Kerri took over my account and has been great. . because your guy Pepper was always trying to get money out of me when I told him I had the Ford Premium maintenance plan... it was like he was incompetent... other than that just waiting on my call for my tire cap... she said she put an order in for it... but no complaints

Extremely helpful and responsive. My father passed away and I am new to diesel ownership, so I am learning quite a bit rather fast at maintaining and servicing his truck. Both were very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge. I've never been one to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership but those two have definitely made my decision to continue service for the truck with Prosper Ford.
