I have call records dating back a couple of months while we tried to resolve the driver side headlight of my car. Supposedly my account was noted with all the testing that was done and we agreed that I would return the lights though this meant I would not be able to drive my car while the lights were returned. Now when I'm trying to actually return the lights which I paid for the year's warranty, they show no record of purchase. When you buy headlights for almost 500, you'd expect better service.
Ordered a cold air intake for my sons truck Know its an off brand but that was ok Would have helped if it included instructions or at least tell you what the hardware kit is all for... Nothing Not to mention nothing lines up have to buy your own bolts and nuts to fasten intake down correctly. Cheap rubber sleeves and scratches all over plastic and chrome pipe. I ordered a set of hid head lights for my 05 toaster ( Scion xB ) and both bulbs have gone completely out ,ant the lights are maybe 90 days old. Customer service is sending new minus shipping ,however install isn’t included Hmmm not sure if I’d order again
This company is a total scam. Products are defective and they lie to avoid refunding products. BUYERS BEWARE
Ordered new lenses and LEDs been they was marked down 399 to 125 lenses looked great and lights to, they lasted one week now you would think they would give u the best since it was marked down from 400 but no they gave me a 36 wat bulb now for a Silverado 1500 you need atleast a 72 wat bulb thanks for wasting my money and time

I bought new lights for my 95 F350 and the lights out of the box look awesome but everything else was bad when it came time to install them I took the old lights out and held the new lights next to them the new lights are smaller by quite a bit maybe even a quarter inch in some spots they did not line up the holes correctly the plastic to put the screws in was very brittle where the lights turn into the backside the pre-cut sockets were not cut correctly and the bulbs could not go in I had to modify them just to get them in ... read more
