not pleased with products description and customer service.
I ordered a set of headlights. They do not come with directions so i called the customer service rep to ask questions. The information he provided me was wrong. He told me i had to splice into wires when I didnt have to. Then when i figured this out i called for replacement wire harnesses to fix the issue and install them correctly, the only answer i got in return was “we dont keep those in stock”. In my opinion I would buy elsewhere.

After completely ripping my old CV Axle out before our family trip I replied they sent me the wrong cv axle. I had my whole trip planned around me fixing my 4wheel drive. I had let my whole family down and tell them we aren’t going on the trip we had planned for weeks.
Never heard of a set of headers that were made out of stainless steel and ceramic coated for $125.
They sent a tracking number but said it was automatically generated and wasn't the actual tracking (but it was) and on the email and all said it was part of my headlights and hid kit and the other was coming from the manufacturer but they are clueless when I asked what was coming with which tracking they said I would know when it came idk what kind of company doesn't know which is coming in each package each email says they both contain the same thing and the 1st package came and didn't include what the email said it did I h... read more
Wrong parts sent. Pro Tuning Lab support is rude as hell. Runs me around and around and round wanting pictures of the boxes shipped with the labels. They they claim they can't read labels in the pictures. I'm 60 years old and my old eyes could read them fine. Then they want pictures of parts they sent. OK more pictures. Wait, wait, no return email or call. Call again. The pictures I sent clearly showed I ordered one item number and they shipped different one. They would not admit the wrong item was shipped!
