these guys like to me they told me that whenever you see something in the picture it’s not where you’re getting it’s different the picture is just a picture so pretty much they just rob me
Purchased a light bar in early December, never received a conformation email or tracking number, call several times and was told it had been shipped but couldn't provide additional. Finally arrived after Christmas and was shipped from another supplier,did not have a packing slip, mounting hardware was loose in the box and some of the screws and washers were missing. A few weeks ago i bought a spoiler from them; they sent me a really deformed spoiler that was made out of poor material and pretty bad quality. Honestly i think ebay has cheaper parts, yet the parts i got from ebay have better quality, fit perfect and look more professional than the junk this people sell

Needs to differentiate productss
No one answers the phone for questions.
Bought a headlight assembly with the LED bulbs included. I could have gotten the headlights cheaper somewhere else, but decided to buy from protuninglab.com because I thought they would properly match the LEDs with the headlight assembly. I was wrong. The LEDs are much worse at night than the stock halogens, so I paid $50 more than another seller and still have to buy LED bulbs. Won't make that mistake again.
I ordered a set of headlights with HID bulbs from this company. After putting them in my truck i noticed issues. I contacted the company multiple times and was finally told how to jerry rig the issues. A short time later I get pulled over for flashing or dancing lights due to defective components. This company won't issue a refund now, and has completely screwed me out of money. Do not buy from these guys!!
The product came to me Broken. I Have emailed them twice and Called them Twice. They are refusing to refund money. Warning do not do any business with them!
