I bought xenon headlights from Protuninglab for my 2012 Mustang. Out of the box they looked fine. Once installed they were horribly out of line, and had black circles in the light. Once I alligned them there were still black circles in the light still, and just recently one headlight has been turning itself on when my car is off. I dont know how it did this but some research found that the most probable cause is the relay is faulty which I spent an addition $15 on. they sent wrong part then tried to tell me I ordered the wrong part. every time I call they say send it back for a refund minus 20% restocking fee.
The quality is not there in the products, my headlights are no more than 9-12 months old and I can see the deterioration of the outer lens already. One of them seems to have a leak and sweats during the summer after it rains or just the humidity.
Had to order relay harness after headlights were installed. Description could've told me I NEED it..

The part never got to me. Called prolab to complain and was told it was my problem to fix. So sad to be me. I would not order from them with this level of service.
After ordering new headlights for my gmc I was able to repair them and needed to return them I was informed that there was a 20% restocking fee and pay for return won't be ordering from pro tuning lab again
2011-2015 F250 MIRRORS CLAIMS FIT, THEY DONT HAVE THE SENSOR, THUS THEY THROW A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. GUY ON PHONE LITTERALLY TELLS ME TOO BAD, AND SAYS ITS MY FAULT. REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO SUPERIOR. LITTERALLY CANNOT BELIEVE HOW CROOKED THEY ARE.
i have my hid conversion kit done correctly and after about 3 week my ballace and bulbs start to fail and give issues. i have tickets for getting pulled over for these faulty headlights and i have to order new a new bulb and ballace because of the low quality products they sale. i talked to them and they refused to helping me out saying i probably didn't wire it correctly and im furious over the fact that it is such bad quality. now i have a huge ticket for it. thanks pro tuning! i didn't wanna leave a bad review but u guys ... read more
