Talked to a customer service rep who told me I would need the H1 bulbs, even though there were faulty and burnt out within a month or two. I still had to purchase the bulls. I live in Minnesota and on my car you have to pull the bumper to replace the headlights. After pulling my bumper I found out that the part recommended and sent to me was wrong. OWN AN RX7 FD3RS2. EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH
I purchased a set of performance manifolds and they were defective. One of the flanges was poorly welded, I sent them pictures and they said there was nothing they could do about and I should have my local exhaust shop fix it. The three shops I showed it too said it was not repairable and I should send it back. protuning lab said they would not take it back. Worst customer service experience, Ever. Hard to use website couldn’t search for what I wanted
I ordered an item, and since the site took my credit card info, I assumed my order was good. It wasn't until a few days later that I saw a CREDIT from this company that I thought thee might be a problem. I emailed them and was told the item I wanted was not in stock. I never reveived a notice that the item was not in stock. Had I not followed through with an email I would have assumed that everything was fine and had someone very disappointed at Christmas time. Don't sell items that are out of stock.!
At first I received my headlights and the turn signals burnt out within three days. No big deal I replace the bulbs everything is fine for awhile. So I buy and receive my led taillights, everything good looks great. Then literally a week later a part of the led strip burnt out, call and get the replacement sent. So far the second set of tail lights are holding up good and look great. Now the passenger side head light goes out, and now I'm just furious. The customer service was not willing to help when called upon and were very unknowledgeable in their product. Had to call multiple times and speak with many representatives to be able to get somewhat of an answer. All the photos on the products are very misleading and completely wrong. Had items in the pictures that were not even in the product descriptions or "included items" list. I should not have to put down a deposit of $250 if the product is defective. I was also given different explanations when I called customer service. One said that I must send back the defective lights before a new one could be sent out, while the other informed me of a $250 deposit.
Not happy with overall product. Installed for only 2 weeks and the hid bulbs quit working. Called customer service and they said "those things happen". Would not recommended to,a friend.
