I ordered a headlight unit for my lexus in july they took a month to send me a 2 headlights with a crack interior. I told them it was cracked and they told me that they could replace it for an extra 360.99 to hold to send out a new one. I told them theres no way im giving you anymore money when you gave me a cracked headlight. I asked if there was any other way and the rep Jack stopped responding to my calls and emails. Ask me asfter i receive my order,,,,,,,,this purchase is in response to a screwed up order with NO paper work/instructions no address or contact info, and parts of 2 seperate non connectex and CONTRARY orders, meaning cannot use 1 with the other(2 diffedant kind of lighting systems)

I called in to get replacement bulbs. Your customer service was absolutely no help. When attempting to help me find the product online they were unfamiliar with where it was located and tried to sell me incorrect parts. Seems to be very knowledgeable and product you sold. And H ID lights that I had purchased were not as promised. When I questioned customer service on this phone he hung up on me

I ordered a pair of headlight assemblies for my Tacoma to replace an old set. The new one was billed as HID. The new lamp assembly did not have any valid interface with the rubber seal of the headlight assembly, which means there is going to be moisture inside the assembly. The High beams were a dim halogen bulb attached to the HID assembly. The HID low beams did work properly, and the assembly does look sharp. Bought the wrong item. i called them right after the order was placed and they said they would look into it for me and said they would call me back more than once and never did. i called them two more times and heard the same exact response from both gentleman, to which i had to call back two days later and they told me it had shipped already. they pushed me off until the item went in the mail, they lied straight to me, and i will never purchase anything from them again.

We ordered headlights for my 2014 Silverado the second week of July this year. After installation, we thought they were nice. I mainly drive daytime with some nighttime in a well lit area so we did not notice they lights were WAY out of line until recently. We had a professional attempt to adjust them-- COMPLETE trash!! The lights were manufactured aiming too low with no room to bring them up-- my high beams now only light up the BUMPER of a car immediately in front of me!! I am very upset that I was not able to see the total of my order until after it was placed. I would not have ordered if I had known that you would charge me tax.
