I purchased an intake that was not designed for my car, now my car is giving check engine lights due to running too lean, contacted customer service within 15 days and was told since the item is "used" it cannot be returned. What a joke.
Installed my new headlights which were obviously cheaply made and they are not very bright. When i looked up the return policy it says no returns after install. Not impressed. Don't waste your money here.
You are required to send pictures for a return of their items. Returns are a nightmare. Buy elsewhere.

I called to confirm if this particular product was compatible with my car, as well as asking about the "carbon Fiber Housing" the last three words in the product description and the customer service rep had no Idea of what I was talking about. I contacted customer service due to my order just being canceled without any notice even though it is in their policy to contact someone that has put a different billing and shipping address. But they didn't contact me at all before they canceled my order to see if I could change it to the billing address. The lights look great, instructions ****, YouTube helped more . CSR was a jack **** when I called to point out my address was wrong blaming me for the mistake.. The lights are not functional because you didn't include adjustment screws.. Not too happy with your product.
I called to ask about flickering on their HID headlamps for my vehicle. They assured me there was no problems known. I ordered and installed them. Well, they flicker. I called up and they admit there are known issues. Well, why was i lied too? I wanted them to send me replacement headlamps. they would not. Now I have to put the OE's back in and then remove them again after i get credit and order other lights. That's three times doing this job. Had a muffler custom installed bc it wouldn't fit exactly. Made a horrible rattling noise while driving, exhaust shop said something internally in the muffler must be loose and that it must be defective. I contacted PTL for a refund but they refused because the part had been "used." I Will never do business with them again
