They take forever to come in. They say that they're on back order but it shouldn't take this long, then can't even give me overnight shipping to satisfy the customer and not make me wait even longer. Ordered them about three weeks ago.

awful service, i ordered headlights and i asked for 6000k bulbs i got 8000k bulbs and one didnt even work, i called they said they would send a pair of 6000k bulbs out and ive waited 9 days under a month and still havent gotten them, made several emails and calls left 2 voicemails and heard nothing from them. highly suggest never going through this company.

I ordered 5 items I received 2 and missing 3 items called left message name and # have not heard back. I was going to order more not sure yet . There was no shipping papers in package.I paid for those items and that's what I should get or my money back and I have not even received a phone call with explanation.!!

Aug 28 inquired about part, they assured me it was in stock. Aug 28, recieved email confirming part shipped. It is now Sept 10, after inquiring status of part, due to lack infprmation via Fed ex, protuning tells me they cannot ship until Sept 13. They had no problem lying about stock, they had no issues taking my money and lying about shipment. Very unprofessional, unacceptable. I will never recommend or consider their business in the future.

Terrible service. When I received my lights, a positive wire was hooked up to a negative wire which blew a bulb, so I had to order a new bulb. After receiving the bulb, no power came out of the inverters so I had to have protuninglab send new converters. One of the new ones had the same problem. I waisted a lot of time and money to try to get the lights to work and wanted a refund. They would not give me a refund because I went past the 30 day warranty. I ordered stuff for my dad and to be shipped to his house and aparently yall could not do that . Still have not received my ordernot sure if I will be doing business with yall any more

VERY UNHAPPY WITH PRODUCT. FIT WAS POOR AT BEST/HAD TO ALMOST MAX OUT ADJUSTMENT TO GET LIGHTS DECENT TO SEE ON LOW BEAM. VERY BAD HIGH BEAMS. DID NOT MAKE CLEAR THAT GOING FROM ONE BULB STOCK TO TWO BULB SYSTEM WITH HIGH BEAM BULB SO DIM AND MIS-DIRECTED THAT HIGH BEAMS ARE WORTHLESS. DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT ONLY COMES ON 50% OF THE TIME. Received the product with no problems. Unfortunately we did not receive an adapter to "plug and play" as the website states. Phone call was made to company which they stated at that time they would mail out adapter. Called a week later and still had not shipped the adapter. Also no instruction provided for installation. Do not waste money on the LED daytime running lights. So 2 weeks later and I still do not have the lights installed.
