I ordered my product on October 16 it is now October 30 and I still do not have it. I received a tracking number from FedEx but when I called FedEx they stated that pro turning lab started this shipment but never finished shipping it, so I called pro tuning lab directly with no reply for the last two weeks and no one has answered my email. But they sure were fast at processing and charging me for my order which I've not yet received.
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Products are crap! Bulb was blown upon arrival and brackets were broke..my light couldn't even stay in my truck because there was nothing there to hold it! They wanted pictures of the blown bulb so I could ship the bulb and fog light back..yeah right. MORONS. They offered to send a return label but never did. I am certainly not paying for shipping since I just gave them over $400 of my money! It seems like a nice product, unfortunately the vehicle they were purchased for was stolen, so I will never get to try them out.
Do NOT order from Pro tuning Lab! I ordered a set of headlights - product came and bulb was broken right out of the box. Poor quality. Sent them back UPS at MY cost $61.97 because of the size of the box. They sent and email saying they will not be able to cover the shipping charges! The shipping was more than a 1/4 of the cost of the lights. Trying to charge me shipping for their poor quality parts is crap. Submitting all info to the Better Business Bureau!
False advertisement: On there web page they say "All the taillights we sell are complete assemblies that come with bulbs, wiring, and plug. Simply plug them in to your factory tail light harness, and you can immediately turn on the new taillights. Tail lights are certainly plug and play products." This is not true they do not come with bulbs, wiring, and plugs. This is misleading and hurts their competitors and customers alike. Box came damaged and ripped Got a musical horn that honestly looks used Full of dust The hoses were not connected to the horns, there are 5 of them so I don't know the setup for instillation
The headlights worked but generally when you order something you get paperwork with things you order rhey sent nothing but the product i also contacted the company and rec'd no answer the number they have for someone to call it goes to an answering machine you dont talk to anyone
