No customer service , my 6 calls were directed to an answering machine , emails was not replied . I was calling to get return label to to cancel the order less than 24 hrs after i placed the order . Because they said it takes 2-3 days to ship the merchandise . I was cancelling the order because it comes with a 30 days warranty while another vendor was giving out 1 year warranty on the same merchandise .
Ouch, Not so good. wish i had read the other reviews before buying Spyder HID Xenon head lights. Now one of them shines pink at less than 6 months old. The bulbs are advertised to last 4,500 hours but could be a ballast too. From the reveiws they seem to have a lot of problems with the ballasts. Guess I expected more, like a warranty that is worth something and perhaps a little more desire to support their products and help get my problem resolved.
Never, received my order...I was tracking my delivery from FEDEX and it was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I took a day of work to get the car out of storage & install the new lights I ordered from ProTuning Labs. Part never showed. I was home all day, FEDEX never left a note. When I checked the tracking the next day, it showed my part leaving my home town but saying my new delivery date is Thursday. Monday it showed my part on it's way back across country. I ordered a set of HID spyder brand headlamps from pro tuning labs. The look of the lamps are good as far as the aesthetic value goes. I had the lamps professionally installed by a local customization shop. After spending 280 on the lamps and another 200 for the install on my 07 Grand Prix, my low beams weren't working correctly due to faulty ballasts. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I have tried for days to reach someone about a bad ballast. Won't return emails in a timely manner or calls at all. Should be fullofs**ttuninglab. com I guess legal action will be the best to teach this lame, poorly run company something.
Ordered Headlamps and reflectors fell apart inside lights. Contacted Protuninglabs and they asked for photos. I sent them and then was told my headlamps were on back order. I have been waiting for a year and they have them in stock due to them selling model # LHP-CEL00-TM and is available. I have emailed many times. no one will respond. Rude customer service, never been treated that way, very unprofessional!
WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF TOLD WHILE ON THE PHONE WE NEEDED CANCELLERS AND NOT HAVE TO CALL BACK RE-ORDER AND WAIT FOR SEVERAL MORE DAYS TO FINISH CUSTOMERS CAR
After ordering got a tracking number but showed it hasn't shipped, waited a week and no change. Emailed Pro Tuning Lab no response. Called 24 times during business hours and finally got an answer. Said my order was on the barge and would be in 2-3 weeks. I canceled my order and got my money back. My experience wasn't great, if they would be easier to get a hold of it would have been way better. Wish I could have waited that long for my order cause they are the only company that had exactly what I was looking for.
