Broken after 3 Months The piece that cuts the labels broke and it's only been three months.
Wasteful and Frustrating Call me crazy, but my expectation of a label maker is uniform labels with a clean cut. This product does not allow for that. It prints so much extra label that you have to cut the excess depending on the size you want. It does not auto cut or let you adjust margins to avoid waste. There is ALWAYS excess and it’s so wasteful. It doesn’t matter how narrow you set the margin. If I could cut consistent straight lines, I wouldn’t need a label maker. Doesn’t come with power cord! Really? Everything including the power cord needs to be purchased separately! Does NOT come with a cartridge or the cord to even try it out and see if it works…quiet sad!
Does not work My business partner ordered one so did I both of us are having the same issue it will not even turn on, wasted $ on extra tape. 2 boxes and I can not get anyone to return a message for support.
Doesn't work. Awful product support. When I bought this, it recommended 3 button batteries and ink cartridges. Bought those. It did not mention the 9v ac adapter that also needs to be purchased. Additionally, it doesn't need 3 button batteries, it needs 3 AAA batteries AND THE BATTERIES FALL OUT! THE SPACE ISN'T BUILT RIGHT. So, it WON'T turn on with battery power! I finally unboxed this today, ready to make labels, it DOESN'T WORK and now I have to buy an adapter since the batter space is built wrong. Total waste of money!
This label machine does not work This brother label maker simply does not work! I tried five different label tapes... all printed incorrectly... the label would not feed and letters printed on top of one another.
DOES NOT COME WITH POWER CORD Does not come with a power cord. That is NOT listed in the description of the product as Amazon’s customer service told me. Actual scam. I do t have a DC 9V cord laying around Willy-Nilly and I needed this product urgently. DO NOT RECOMMEND. great customer friendly product, brother. NOT.
Product has never worked since delivery This item arrived in 2020 and has never worked, either with the electric cord or batteries. I just tried it again today with new batteries. It won't turn on. Never has. Never will.
No Sample At All After reading reviews on this and reading there would be a sample included I didn't think I needed to order anything more...put batteries in it today and bam....nothing at all. No small sample of anything. So over Amazon and this crap after I ordered a deck box that came with no bottom.
