Less than a week and won’t turn on I’ve only had this label maker less than a week & it won’t turn on. Great product otherwise
How stupid to sell a product without an electric cord. No electric cord in box. How ignorant.
Battery area won't stay closed Arrived defective
Does NOT come with batteries! Easy to use product, i read reviews before purchasing and was a little worried i would get a defective product, but i’ve had it for more than a month now and it works. zero issues! make sure you buy TRIPLE A batteries first though! hahaha
Misinformation I bought the label maker based on information given to me by an associate, however when the item arrived it was total opposite to what the associate had explained (in terms of the contents of the package/ item. In the end they weren't forthcoming in accommodating my concern which frankly was a result of their miscommunication and I therefore have a useless product on my hands. Don't waste your time. Just Saying...
No started tape included As per box description... one of the items included is a starter tape but nope. No starter tape included when you buy this!
No USB connection so not Compatible Devices PC Going back to Amazon. Description beside picture says: Connectivity Technology USB Model Name Brother Compatible Devices PC IT IS NOT there isn't a USB UPDATE: Kept it to avoid the hassle but it DOES waste a lot of tape !
Does not come with a plug or batteries! I'm sure the label maker itself will probably be fine, but PLEASE NOTE: it DOES NOT COME WITH A PLUG, adapter, OR BATTERIES, so it's useless to me when I need it (which is right now, after waiting days for it to barely arrive by the time I needed it) -- it will not turn on. I'm so annoyed.
