Very poor choice The least you could have done was include the power cord! How disappointing (under statement) to have to wait for the item to arrive and then NOT be able to use it! Additionally, you wired it so a universal power cord wouldn’t work! I have “16”!! So I had to play your petty, silly game and go back on line and buy the freaking cord! Truly how hard would it have been for you to charge $5-$8 more and stick a power cord in the box?! Just poor customer concern and service! Try again!!!!

Awful printer. This is a really crappy printer, it prints part time the picture above is how much it wasted as I tried to use it. Waste of time and money. Do not buy this unit!
Hard to read and waste tape I purchased this yesterday and was very disappointed with it. The screen is hard to read no matter what contrast setting on sets it too and worst yet, it waste tape by putting long margins before and after the text. You can use up less tape by setting a smaller margin, but you still end up with one inch of wasted tape. I returned it to Staples for my money back. No good Item not work
Wish I had bought older model It has too many frills compared to older model, so it takes you longer just to print. Not for people who need speed. It also wastes too much ribbon before and after the print.
Can't print on wires I want to be able to print on wires, but after some back and forth with their tech support, I have to come to the unfortunate conclusion that this printer cannot print labels on wires. The printer prints labels lengthwise across the tape, which is fine for most jobs, but for wires, it needs to print widthwise across the tape and to repeat that multiple times as the tape might wrap over itself as it's secured to the wire.
