Doesn’t work. Doesn’t power on not even when you put new batteries. Never got to use it. It doesn’t turn on, I even put new batteries and it still doesn’t power on. Waste of money.
Office supply thieves be warned!!! The media could not be loaded. Well at least now I won’t have to worry about my supplies that I purchased with my own money getting easily swiped. Now folks can’t just white my name out can claim it as theirs!!! ITS MINE!! See my name there?? Now give it back!!
Wouldn't recommend I was surprised how poor the print quality is when the font width changes. My wife as an older Brother's model and I expected this newer model to be just as good, if not better. Very disappointing. Her old model doesn't waste any tape. It's pretty silly to have a tape cutter on the labeler and still need to pull out the scissors and make a manual cut. Brother really went downhill on this model.
Wasteful Wastes a lot of tap.
People are not kidding - this uses way too much printer tape I had read the reviews of this label printer before buying and thought folks might be exaggerating about how much printer tape this thing uses. They were not exaggerating at all. Most of the labels I print are under 10 characters; this printer would waste about 50% of the printer tape on extra, unwanted margins. Going back.
DO NOT PURCHASE, choose a different model DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SPECIFIC MODEL!!! Directions expresses 5 various display contrasts but there’s only 1 thus, very difficult to see image on display and printing is very week. See example in photo. I will replace it with a different model and throw this away if I’m refused a refund.
Not quality, will die on you after a year of almost no use DEAD after barely any use. Used it two or three times for maybe 10 labels over the course of the year, then put it in the drawer for future use. Just pulled it out today to make a label (less than a year old) and it will not turn on. Changed out the batteries, tried a direct plug as well. Nothing, completely dead. Looks brand new, I've included a picture, it will look great in the trash.
