Doesn’t come with the AC adapter! You have to purchase it separately!!!! Why would you sale an electric item without the AC adapter!! The AC adapter is sold SEPARATELY! Who ever heard of such a thing!!! I’m sending it back! It’s just the principle behind this!!!!!
What happened to simple? I had an old Brothers label maker and I loved it. It recently stopped working and this one is the replacement. I want the old one back. I find this one difficult to get what I want, which is simplicity. I ran 12 labels, all the same, before being satisfied with the result. Do we really need so many options? It doesn’t work for me.
Charger sold separately Product only works when you purchase a separate charger-did NOT come with one. I wasted money on batteries that were ineffective because a charger isn’t included and batteries don’t matter without a charger with this machine apparently ???????
Had to buy another, because I really need one. I bought this machine, was doing well with it and then I went to make labels for my pantry organization, as soon as I went to press the cutter, the blade simply broke off....hate that, because I was getting familiar with it. Helps alot, especially if you have a home office...but long lasting. Didn't use it very often.
$35 and still no power cord since it had tape I'm not as bent about not being able to use this unit until i went and got batteries!! ugh!
Unreadable display most of the time but otherwise fine. This product was not defective but it is one of those pieces of electronic equipment that had great potential if not for one significant design flaw. The unit has no back light and can only be read if the room light falling on the display is at just the right angle. It easy to use once you get it to the finicky correct angle whereby you can read the dim display. I do not recommend this unit only for that flaw. I never use it on batteries so cannot comment on that.
No AC plug Generally like the product a lot. It does not come with a an AC plug and depends upon batteries.
the product I received was non functioning The product was damaged- didnt work
Batteries lasted 2 hours I was only able to make 40 labels for my nail polish swatches then the batteries died. I tried using AC adapters that I have lying around but none worked. Upon further research I see it needs a special adapter that costs almost as much as the label maker. I’ll be sending this back. Very disappointed in this product.
